The beds were comfy and the showers were good.
The rooms were so hot and the thermostat would not respond to turn the heat down a little. It was stuck at 23 degrees. Also the dryer (2nd floor) didn't work well at all, even after checking the water catch thing.

The digital check in was easy and the door codes were very easy to use. Beds were VERY comfortable (and spacious....felt like our King bed at home) and every amenity that we needed on our trip was provided for. The towel warming bar was really nice to have warm, dry towels every day. Parking at the local mall was close by as well as some restaurants that we went to when we didn't want to venture to the city. I appreciated the informative detail about the room before arriving to know what was provided for. Literally EVERYTHING we needed! Quiet, cozy and pleasant room to call our home away from home.
The heating is very efficient and we couldn't figure out how to turn the temperature down (luckily the window opens up to help with venting). The plates didn't fit standing straight up in the dishwasher but we made it work by putting them on an angle. It was so nice to have a little refrigerator as well as a dishwasher in the kitchenette. The drain in the shower struggled off and on but we also made do. (The towel warming bar was helpful to dry towels if needed to sop up some water). Having some instructions in various languages could be helpful (we struggled with the correct buttons on the microwave.)

The room was fine overall.
We had been advised that there could be a change of room for a sofa bed so my 13 year old son wouldn't have to sleep with his mother. There was only the 1 double bed so he slept on the floor.
