Location was great (when you have a rental car and need to be near the airport).
Shared bathroom left some to be desired and requested a double bed but only got two immovable single beds. Met basic requirements

Great proximity to the airport, comfortable beds, effective blackout shades, delicious restaurant across the street, gas/convenience store one block away, nice walk to waterfront for views and birdwatching. We were offered an amazing upgrade from a quad room w/ shared bath to a family apartment (2br, private bath) - so generous and really impactful for our family to have that extra space.

Close to the airport. The beds were ok.
Everything looked worn out. The carpet in the hallway was torn. It is an old worn out motel. The shower water had a strong smell of sulfur.
