Location was very good.
Property was clean and spacious.
Good parking.
Beds were comfortable.
Issue with key box codes.
Heating was pass coded on arrival.
Upstairs TV didn’t work.
Downstairs shower room smelled of drains.

Great location and views, perfect for a long weekend away. A very good pub 2mins walk away and same for a play park if you have kids.
Property facilities were all old and passed their best. Dishwasher worked, just. The fridge freezer had rusty doors. Furniture was a mix of old and tired items. Layout is a bit odd, ok for a close family. If you want somewhere to crash it's great, if you want a home away from home, you may feel underwhelmed.

Amazing views (sunsets stunning) with two balconies. Lots of space, big bathrooms, great parking and location. Playground just over the way and not far into town, right on the English Coast path so great for cycling, long walks.
Not a problem for ourselves as we’re a close family, but I can see how others would have an issue with one of the bedrooms being accessed through another. And with the sofa bed being in that space too, so the top floor has 6 sleeping, and one bathroom. With the downstairs having 2 sleeping, 2 bathrooms. Maybe a rejig so one of the downstairs ‘living areas’ has a pull out sofa would be more comfortable.
For us, there were a few bits around the house that needed a little upkeep for example, the door to the upstairs was a little loose on the hinges. It was also a pain to only have a two slice toaster. For a house that can sleep 8, it was take a while to get everyone sorted. We also couldn’t get the Freeview working on either TV. It also would have been really nice to have a small welcome basket, I haven’t stayed anywhere in the last 10 odd years, where there wasn’t.
Sorry for being pernickety, it’s just small things that could really elevate a wonderful house, in an amazing location.
