It was gorgeous. All the rooms were different with unique features. And the communal spaces beautifully decorated and comfortable areas to be in. A sympathetic blend of old and new Riad styles.
The Riad’s position might worry some - a few alleys to get to the Main Street but Lahcen, Omar, Hamza or Aimad were always on hand to escort us. Lachen 😇 particularly pays attention to make sure everyone returned home when it was late. And you become familiar with the route on your own.
The rooftop terrace is gorgeous too and made a lovely space to relax with Moroccan Tea after a long day of walking the souks.
The staff could not do enough to attend to us. We were a large group of 7 in five rooms and we had no complaints. Ours rooms were freshly prepared each day. The showers were hot, electricity not a problem and the plumbing worked well too 🙌
Breakfast was a delicious mix of traditional bread/pancakes/pastries served with fresh orange juice, fruit salad, kefir and choice of eggs. Coffee was good too.
A good distance to the main areas - approx 20 walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square. But you will of course dawdle as there are so many distracting attractions along the way and you’ll want to soak it in.
Riad arranged all taxis for our various excursions without any hitches. Really reliable especially as we were never sure what time we’d be heading home but was always met by the reassuring Lachen.
One of our party was celebrating a special birthday and returned to wonderful rose petal decorations, fresh flowers and a heart warming tribute - so very kind 🫶
I would certainly recommend this Riad and its staff to other travellers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There was nothing not to like. There are no TVs in the room if that might bother you and if you don’t like cats there are a few that ‘reside’ in the alleyway leading up to the Riad but they are generally not interested in the visitors and are everywhere in Marrakesh - working hard, if you know what I mean 😉

The riad was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. Aimad (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) went above and beyond even walking us to and from the taxi point which was about a 4/5 minute walk away so that we felt safe at night.
It’s wonderful but it is about 15 minute walk from the nearest restaurant so at night we had to get a taxi but that wasn’t the end of the world just something to consider

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! All the staff were exceptionally helpful, including Hamza who shared a lot of recommendations for places to visit, eat etc.
We also had dinner one night and it was delicious and great value for money.
Cannot recommend this place more
