Hotel FAROHAT ONA

Location, clean and polite and efficient staff

The room is spacious, like shown in photos. Bed is comfortable. Staff is polite. Location is great, 3 mins walk to West gate. Next door has very nice restaurant Khiva Moon.

The bathroom is so small and crowded. The shower leaking water after every time we used it. Asked to change room but they are fully booked. Don't like the fact that all rooms located around the reception area...our room especially, at the bottom of stair, near reception and next to WC......it is noisy when people talk at the reception area (esp early morning!!)..if I know the room is like this, I wouldn't book this hotel. The last day morning, there is no water!!! We had 7:10am train to catch, but there were no taxis!!! The staff also not very helpful to help...langauge barrier....

Excelente estadia! Superou todas as expetativas. A relação preço/qualidade é fantástica.

Zona tranquila
