Very spacious, helpful friendly staff.
Spa facilities were very basic. The 2 restaurants served the same food which was not 5 stars.

Great new property about 5-10 minute taxi to old town for $2. Very nice facility, helpful staff and good breakfast buffet with omelette station. Comfortable beds and very quiet.

This hotel was huge and felt so spacious which was lovely. It had everything we needed. The Italian restaurant was really delicious and we were the only ones in it! The outside terrace was fantastic too - the staff were amazing and attentive to everything we needed. It was a really great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
The only downside was that there wasn’t an outdoor pool! They had an indoors one but it would have been good to be able to sit outside by one.

I can only recommend this hotel in Khiva. Location-wise, it is a little outside the city, but it is in a very calm area, which is actually appreciated given how busy the city can be. With Yandex Go, you can very quickly get a taxi and reach the main sights.
We really enjoyed both the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast. The food was amazing and very tasty. The rooms were also very spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind throughout our stay.
Another very pleasant surprise was the birthday cake they gave my mum on her birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay even more special.
Unfortunately, the pool was not ready during our stay. However, given how spacious and comfortable the rooms were and how kind the staff were, this did not affect our overall experience.
