Location is very convenient and in very nice environment around. Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. nearby, in a walking distance. Apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Clean and tidy! Thanks to the host.
Abel, we truly appreciate your constant communication and dedication. The only thing I would mention, you could be a bit more flexible regarding Check in time. We were on a business trip with my colleague and traveled whole night to Madrid. Afternoon that day we should operate the aircraft, and I asked to just drop our suitcases in the apartment a bit earlier. Request was rejected and we spent quite a time awaiting for a Check in time.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The AC works really well which is super important when you stay in Madrid during summer. It is really clean and it has a parking spot which is great.
The beds are pretty small.

So close to anything you could need. Great parking for any size car. Friendly people running the property helped with anything needed. Easy to access city centre, motorway, and airport.
A couple beds had squeaky frames, but the mattresses were really comfortable.
