We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Sereno. The hosts were very responsive and kind. They gave us very clear directions for finding the key, opening the doors and even where to find spare linens. They even gave us some recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a short stay for a small family. There are also several excellent playgrounds within a 10-15 walking distance of this apartment. We counted at least 10 playgrounds.
I wish we could have had another set of towels because there were 3 guests but only 2 sets of towels. It wasn't a big deal and we made it work. Also, just for informational purposes, the area is very residential so there are not many restaurants or shops in the area.

"Very clean and new and quiet. Close to Barajas airport and Metropolitano Stadion. No reception needed. Online check in and check out."
