Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, if not even better. The room exceeded our expectations: it was stunning, spotless, and impeccably maintained.
The service was truly exceptional, and the manager deserves special recognition Mr. Hesham El Azaf, for his outstanding hospitality. He kindly upgraded our room and went above and beyond throughout our entire stay, making sure we felt welcomed and taken care of at every moment.
We were also pleasantly surprised with thoughtful complimentary touches, including fresh fruit, water, and breakfast delivered directly to our room. Every detail made our experience feel extra special.
Best location.
This hotel combines beautiful accommodation with genuinely outstanding service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal
