Breakfast was surprisingly good. Extremely friendly staff

Well appointed rooms, great breakfast, excellent staff and housekeeping. Location is central and excellent access across all sightseeing sites in Cairo.
Hotel also catered to special arrangements - birthday decorations, cake. The staff were also very responsive to feedback with regards to vegetarian food options and how they are presented in the buffet (separating vegetarian dishes from meat dishes).
Would highly recommend the hotel for travellers.
Internet is very slow, even for answering emails let alone using for YouTube or other applications.
Spa is good but slightly overpriced for what is on offer.

Very nice hotel and excellent staff. The dining room staff was little off as I thibngkthatere was some training going on. Two of the nights for dinner the music was too loud AND the lighting in the dining room was SOOOOOO bright. Not indecisive to dinner.

I liked the hotel/s central location, very close to Tahrir Square. The staff was very cooperative. We also used the hotel's travel guide and driver for some sightseeing, and they were very helpful.
Although the facilities were superb, they did seem a bit overpriced compared to other hotels.
