The Vier Jahreszeiten 5-13 apartment is located in an idyllic, rural setting in the charming coastal town of Großenbrode, right on the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The location offers you an excellent view of the sea and the beach, allowing you to enjoy the seaside atmosphere the moment you step inside. The Baltic Sea is only about 50 meters away, so the sound of the waves will be your constant companion.
The apartment is on the third floor of a multi-story building (three floors in total), offers 35 m² of living space for up to four guests (including two children) and is equipped with family-friendly amenities.
The spacious living room features vinyl flooring and, together with the open-concept kitchen, forms the heart of the vacation rental. The living area features a cozy sofa corner, an armchair, and a dining area with a dining table. Two televisions and a radio are available for your entertainment.
The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped: Here you’ll find an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Of course, dishes, silverware, and various kitchen utensils are provided so you can prepare your own meals.
The separate bedroom, also with vinyl flooring, offers a restful night’s sleep. The accommodation features a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. For added comfort, there are privacy screens on all windows, a coat rack area, and a practical shoe cabinet.
Amenities also include a free parking space, as well as a shared washer and dryer.
The heart of the apartment is the covered balcony, which is spacious and equipped with patio furniture and sun protection (awning). Here, you can enjoy the view of the sea in any weather and spend relaxing hours.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) available in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
