Welcome to Apartment 18 in Building 2 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!
Thanks to its coveted corner location, this bright 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The tastefully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor, just a few meters from the fine-sand South Beach, has been completely renovated:
The new kitchen, integrated into the hallway/living area, is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and freezer, a 4-burner ceramic stove, and a dishwasher. Right next to it, all guests can gather around the dining table to enjoy meals together, plan their vacation days, play games, or have good conversations.
The interior shower room invites you to relax with its light sandy tones.
The cozy living room features a large, comfortable couch that can also be used as a sleeping area thanks to its pull-out bed function. Pleated blinds on the large window front ensure privacy. A flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access are available for your entertainment as needed.
The bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm) features another TV. Here, a wardrobe with two sliding doors—one of which has a large mirror—is available for your vacation wardrobe.
The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (each 90×200 cm) and a wardrobe.
From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy your vacation with a view of the sea and sunshine from morning until late afternoon!
The entire apartment is fitted with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring.

Complex:
The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand Südstrand beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the resort are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.

Alles gut soweit. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren sehr hart, so dass wir nicht so gut geschlafen haben.
Das Treppenhaus roch etwas komisch.
Sonst wie gesagt alles gut.
