On the second floor is the cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed and an adjustable slatted frame for the head and foot sections, as well as a small but well-appointed bathroom with a shower, toilet, skylight, hair dryer, soap dispenser, and facial tissues—perfect for your personal getaway in the heart of Sommerhausen. Included in the price are bed linens, hand towels, and kitchen towels, as well as final cleaning and all utility costs.Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the lovingly renovated Emma Häusle—a small, charming vacation home in the heart of Sommerhausen’s historic old town, idyllically situated on quiet Casparigasse. With its 40 stylishly designed square meters—spread over two floors—it offers you a truly special vacation experience for your exclusive use—chic, cozy, and steeped in history! A small selection of Sommerhäuser wines is available at the cottage. Additionally, Wi-Fi, a small terrace, a lockable basement storage room for 2 bicycles, and a parking space for a car up to approximately 4.60 m in length are available free of charge—a completely worry-free and warm welcome awaits you! Today, it invites you to spend unforgettable days amidst picturesque alleys and Franconian wine culture. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:30 AM at the latest. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact me in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You’ll receive the code in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed!
