The staff were very helpful and friendly, our children loved the padel and football pitch
The food could be improved, perhaps less of a range at each meal but better quality

I love everything about the property, it was worth the price
Nothing

Very clean, a beautiful resort with extraordinary architecture; essentially, each building features the traditional inner courtyard typical of a riad.
The quality of service could be improved; the staff does not seem very well-trained, especially at the reception.
I should mention that I have chosen this hotel chain in Egypt several times; unfortunately, the service here falls far short of my previous experiences.

The staff. The rooms, the spa and the cafe.
The food and drinks. Poor quality and limited.
