Breakfast was delicious and in a large area next to the kitchen counter and living room. The large table had a wonderful view of the backyard which also viewed a field with some entertaining farm animals (geese, donkey, goats and chickens). We felt very much at home with fellow guests joining us for breakfast which included home-grown preserves!
I would have been better prepared to speak French! However, that is less of a critique of our host than of our preparation to visit Bayeux. We really don't have a critical comment. However, we were using a credit card for almost all of our travels and when we checked out there was a fee for local tax that we paid in Euros we happened to have (less than 20 Euros) and I am unsure she could have accepted a credit card if that was all we had.

Beautiful little bed and breakfast! Loved being greeted by the animals! Beatrice provided a wonderful breakfast with fresh bakery items and her homemade jelly/jams. I wish we would’ve stayed longer.
No air conditioning during record breaking heat in France. Though with an open window and a fan we were comfortable sleeping.
