Great location near shopping and a cinema across the street. Staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. They told me before I arrived that I could send Amazon France packages to myself at the hotel. When I arrived my packages were already in my room. The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of space. Nice to have a real bathtub for soaking in after hiking through Normandy. Short walk to Bayeux Cathedral. About 20 minute walk to Bayeux British War Cemetery (definitely worth visiting) If you arrive by train, hotel will arrange for a taxi to pick you up. The going rate for a taxi is around 15 euros, and is money well spent. The public transportation system is not that great (understandable for small town).
The safe was a little small, had to contort 11 inch iPad to make it fit. There was no refrigerator in the room.

Great location, lovely property, secure parking. Staff were incredibly helpful when all trains were cancelled due to weather/track work. Hopefully I will stay again some day.

The room was spacious and convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy the downtown, and it had secure parking. The pool and spa is nice.
There are delivery trucks early in the morning which were a bit noisy. We had the windows open for ventilation and that was a bit of a disturbance.

Location was great. Parking while €16 a day was conveniently located next to the hotel. Had a pool and spa which we did not use
The day we arrived the temp was over 90F and we were given a room on the top floor facing the afternoon sun. No AC and one inefficient floor fan didn’t do anything. They gave us another fan also useless. The tub was so slippery that I fell. Next day they moved us to another room with a step in shower that was fine. But the room faced the street and so very noisy especially since we had to leave the window open to get any air. There was no refrigerator in the room, no safe in the first room, and the one in the second room was not functioning. The pillows were awful. The hairdryer was one where you had to hold your hand on it to keep the air flowing, which is terrible.
