très bon rapport qualité/espace/prix pour La Palma

plutôt spacieux: grand salon, 2 grandes chambres, cuisine équipée correctement, bon wifi, parking plutôt aisé, très bien équipé en produits de tous les jours, parfait par exemple pour une famille de 4 personnes. aussi, grande terrasse, avec vue sur mer

la configuration des lieux est spéciale- il faut sortir à l'extérieur pour aller au frigo (dans la buanderie) et à une des deux chambres. pas grave en été, moins agréable en hiver.

NO NOS SENTIMOS COMODOS, CREEMOS QUE PUEDE MEJORAR LA VIVIENDA Y ASÍ LA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO

El pueblo donde estaba la casa

Nos ha parecido una casa antigua con un salón muy bonito, con su tejado, de madera, a 4 aguas bien cuidado, la terraza y las vistas espectaculares, así como la ubicación de la misma; pero basándonos en nuestra experiencia, en cuanto a estancias en bastantes viviendas vacacionales consideramos que ésta lleva poco tiempo como vivienda vacacional y que ha sido adaptada rápidamente para así serlo. Según nuestra modesta opinión creemos que tiene suficientes defectos para ser acogedora y que la relación calidad-precio, sea óptima. La cocina es muy pequeña (caben dos personas como máximo) y la nevera no se encuentra en ella, sino que hay que pasar un patio descubierto para acceder a la misma, ya que está en el cuarto de la lavadora. Aunque la distancia de un cuarto a otro es corta, es bastante incómodo si hace frío, llueve o tienes que llevar muchas cosas. Cuenta con dos habitaciones una dentro de la casa (en sí) y la otra también en el exterior, a la que se accede a través de un tramo descubierto (necesitan armarios para colgar la ropa). El baño es pequeño, con una ventanilla de ventilación al pasillo y la otra hacia la cocina (no resulta agradable). La cerradura de la puerta de entrada y salida a la casa es muy incómoda y difícil en cuanto al cierre de la misma. También tiene un problema de cucarachas tanto en el baño como en el salón (considerando que adolece de limpieza el sillón que allí se encuentra). Aunque solicitamos quedarnos un día más con intención de disfrutar algo más de la isla ( y no tiene nada que ver con lo que estamos tratando), creemos que los propietarios deberían mejorar en los aspectos señalados, haciendo las reformas pertinentes para aumentar su calidad y su confort.

Las vistas de la terraza son espectaculares. Se respira calma y tranquilidad. Ángeles estuvo atenta en todo momento y la casa cuenta con todas las necesidades. No hay problema para aparcar una calle más arriba
