Esperienza nell'appartamento molto positiva

Molto centrale....comodo per parcheggiare al porto e per visitare la città e la costa est. L'appartamento pur essendo datato era molto accogliente e super accessoriato.

Siamo arrivate quando cominciava una competizione di macchine da corsa proprio sotto casa. Tanto rumore e confusione per 2 giorni. L'appartamento è al terzo piano con scale ripidissime

La ubicación.

No se avisa en ninguna parte que es un tercero sin ascensor y las escaleras son muy estrechas e inclinadas. No había estropajo para la loza ni cubiertos. La limpieza de la cocina y del baño dejo mucho que desear. Las ventanas del pasillo no se podían cerrar h la puerta de entrada está remendada con un hueco en la parte de abajo un lateral

Alojamiento con vistas pero sin encanto

La céntrica ubicación en Santa Cruz de La Palma

El dueño del alojamiento, aunque tardó treinta minutos en darme el código correcto de la caja de las llaves, estuvo pendiente de nosotras y el último día nos permitió salir una hora más tarde del alojamiento, es decir, a las 16 horas. Para llegar al alojamiento, nos encontramos que era un tercero sin ascensor con escaleras muy inclinadas lo que hace complicado subir maletas y para personas con movilidad reducida también sería muy complicado subir a la tercera planta. En referencia al alojamiento, las fotos no se corresponden con la situación en la que nos lo encontramos. La puerta tiene varios remiendos y no cierra bien del todo, por lo que pasábamos la llave para sentirnos seguras mientras dormíamos. No todas las ventanas del salón se abren, los estores dan mucho calor y el sillón estaba cubierto por una sábana bajera. Además, también nos encontramos tornillos en el suelo. En la habitación principal debes elegir entre dormir o pasar calor, debido a que no está insonorizada y debajo hay varios bares que cierran tarde. La segunda habitación tenía camas antiguas, una de ellas con un remiendo en la base de la cama. Una de las ventanas es pequeña y la otra no cierra bien, de hecho entró un perenquén en la habitación. En el baño, hay fugas en el lavamanos y en la taza del váter. Por último, en la cocina el tubo de ventilación no disponía de rejilla para evitar que entre cualquier insecto. La tostadora deja que desear, faltan utensilios de cocina y lo indispensable como sal, azúcar, servilletas y aceite para pasar pocos días. La nevera tiene pérdidas de gas al abrir el congelador y se ve antigua. En la galería hay una ventana que no cierra.
