When you’re ready to escape the daily grind of work life to relax, we’re here for you. Arrive parking your car in the driveway. Walk inside, kick off your shoes, pour your favorite drink, head out to the pool deck to relax and take in the sunshine and relaxation. Leave the stresses of life and your working world behind. Pool heating optional fee. We are about 20-min to Disney (path dependent) 10 min to shopping & many restaurants. The smart place for your next Orlando area Disney visit!

Disney: Their private road entrance is approximately 21-minutes from the house. From there it depends on the park; add 15 minutes for Magic Kingdom but you will be following Disney signs at this point. Pro-Tip: Consider Uber …. Skip the parking fee and the drive back after a long day in the park.
Universal: 40 Minutes
Seaworld/Orange County Convention Center: 37 minutes
Kennedy Space Center: 1.5 hours (use I-4 east to SR-417 north, to SR 528 east … follow signs to KSC)
Cocoa Beach … about the same as Kennedy Space Center and same route
Legoland: 30 miles/49 minutes (add 10 for traffic signals on Hwy 27).
HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning is done prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleans available at extra charge. Before check-in, house is cleaned by a professional housekeeping service company and inspected to ensure top quality.

Great place, very clean. Easy check in/check out process. Pool was nice and clean, and had a color changing light which was super cool at night. There was a playpen which was super convenient for our little! Location was great for SeaWorld. All around great stay! A few more pots or pans would have been nice for cooking, but overall we made do! We will be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay here, visiting Florida for the first time! We're from Michigan! This bnb was so close to everything we needed, the pool and spa were nice ways to start and end our day, the AC kept the house cool battling the Florida heat too. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!
