About this villa rental
From guests ages 0 to 99, this 5BR/3BA villa is a crowd pleaser for your Florida getaway. The spacious and family-friendly home has a fun game room, heated pool, and lots of amenities to make you feel at home.
A recent refresh makes this home even better!! We gave the Interior and exterior fresh coat of paint including game room and new tiled flooring in the living area. Bedrooms have been freshened up - new bedding and décor – now include 3 themed bedrooms ideal for the little ones!
A keyless, digital lock at the entry means your arrival will be seamless and no worrying about keys!
Parents with young children and guests with mobility issues will appreciate the one-story floor plan. You’re only 20 minutes from Mickey and his friends at Disney World, and less than 30 minutes from the excitement of Universal Studios and SeaWorld.
No excuses for boredom – the fun game room comes with a pool table and the backyard has a heated pool. When the kids need to burn off some energy, it’s just a short walk to the playground and outdoor exercise area.
After the kids go to bed, relish in some quiet time out in the screened lanai with tranquil views of the nature preserve behind. Slip into the jacuzzi with a cold drink and let the warm waters with a brand new pool heater melt your cares away. The pool deck also has a 4-person patio table for dining outside.
Host a movie night in the living room with a new 50” TV with Roku (no cable), newly updated décor, and plush couch and love seat.
The home has two dining areas with plenty of seating – a formal 6-person table off the living room and more casual 4-person table in the kitchen.
When the stomachs start grumbling, head into the fully-equipped kitchen where it’s easy to create yummy meals. The kitchen comes with full-size appliances, plus a toaster, coffeemaker, and pantry for all your groceries.
With five bedrooms, including two master en suites, the home sleeps 10 comfortably. Claim the first master bedroom for yourself, with its king bed and en suite master bathroom. The 2nd master bedroom offers a queen bed and en suite bathroom as well. No one needs to sleep on the floor thanks to a queen bed in the 3rd and the 4th bedroom offers a full with two twins in the 5th bedroom. You can also make use of the pull out sleeper sofa if you need to accommodate an additional sleeping area.
All bedrooms except 2 have flat-screen TVs with Roku streaming. The 3rd full bath (shared) has a fun Mickey Mouse theme.
You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even think about checking your phone – if you do have to stay connected, the home has free high-speed WiFi (great for streaming, too!).
Other amenities to make your stay great include air-conditioning, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and high chair and pack-n-play, strollers, baby child seat, for your youngest guests. Board games, reading books. There is a playground for the young ones and for the adults who are feeling energetic, there is an outside fitness area.
The home puts you a short drive away from all the Disney magic. Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are less than 20 minutes away. Experience the exciting movie-themed rides and attractions at Universal Studios and get acquainted with exotic marine life at SeaWorld, both just 28 minutes away.
When you need to stock up on supplies and groceries, Publix Supermarket is just 5 minutes away. You’re also just minutes from restaurants when the cook takes the night off.

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and the house was two houses away from a nice playground. We did swim a lot and go to the beach a couple of times, the only thing that was missing was extra towel racks. And if that's the only complaint, I'd say our stay was perfect! Sue was very pleasant and responded quickly. A welcome note was left when we arrived and there was just enough supplies to get us started. One trip to Publix and we were all set! Each room had each own tv, no problems with the internet and there was plenty of room for our 9 people of all ages, from 5-70 years. If we return to the area, we will be renting from her again. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home and helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!
