The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gym and pool were open 24 hours a day. The welcome drink was a nice touch and my son loved the bright/youthful decor.
The hallways had a strange smell and the hotel itself didn't have sufficient signage to make navigating the multiple levels, irregular shape, and elevators with limited accessibility. The location was in a more industrial part of Lisbon, far from touristy destinations or easily-walkable restaurants.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean room and cozy bed.
