We had a very pleasant stay! The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony, and everything was very clean and tidy. We also really appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient and made our last day much easier. Overall, a comfortable stay and a great experience!
The stay was pleasant overall, but a few things could be improved: a kettle in the room would be a nice addition, and the water temperature in the sink and shower changed very suddenly, causing us to get burned several times. There is no lift, so this may be inconvenient for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage. The room faces a busy street with frequent trams, making it quite noisy with the windows open. The location is great for visiting Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery for a short stay, but getting to the city centre or airport takes quite a long time, even by public transport.

Location is great. The receptionist was kind. The overall experience was nice for 1-night stay.
No hot water. Not even warm water. I stayed just overnight but couldnt take a shower nor in the evening neither in the morning.

I really liked the location and the fact that we had just about everything we needed right nearby. I also thought it was great that we were able to check in late and that the host even stayed until after 11 p.m. to show us how it works
