The location was very good. It was right next to the entrance to Shamian Island and close to the Pearl River. The room was large and spotlessly clean.
What would really have helped was if the hotel had a sign outside or some more support on how to find it.
The room had very limited sound proofing. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast had very limited vegetarian options.

The only hotel I will ever stay in Guandzhou.
Top location, right next to a metro station, but more importantly THE most helpful staff you can think of. Day and night they are always there helping me with everything I need. From recommendations to ordering food.
Can't recommend high enough!

The property was very good and clean. Staff was good
It’s so difficult to find the hotel. No board. We were lucky to find it as the name on the booking and the hotel name was different. This is an EKHO hotel but name on booking.com is different.
The shuttle service is not available all year around only on 2 months. That was misleading.
