A well-behaved dog is welcome to stay here for a fee.
With 38 m² of space, there’s plenty of room here for up to 2 people:
- Living room with direct access to the covered, furnished balcony
- Living area with TV and sofa corner,
integrated sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm with a topper) and
a closet
- Dining table and 2 chairs
- Kitchenette with oven and 2-burner ceramic cooktop
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
The apartment includes 2 outdoor parking spaces.
Swim in the building’s own swimming pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis, test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B.
In Building D, there is one shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
IMPORTANT—Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
