Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool, for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), Panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...
Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: a short, step-free path from the parking space in the underground garage to the elevator and on to the apartment!
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).
Bicycles can be stored in one of the two bike rooms in the underground garage or on the first floor.
On floors 1 through 4, there are a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) for shared use.
IMPORTANT – Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11, inclusive!
