Single-storey house in a shady and relaxing setting located in the village of La Tremblade (1 km from the center) and close to the sea (3 km Plage de Ronce les bains or wild coast on the Atlantic Ocean).
Accommodates a maximum of 4 people.

Entrance, kitchen, TV room, veranda, gas plancha area, fully enclosed wooded park-garden.
Free WIFI.
2 bedrooms:
- bedroom N°1 master bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm (new IKEA bedding), bathroom and WC;
- bedroom N°2 with 2 beds of 90cm (new IKEA bedding) 1 bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet with a dressing area.
Kitchen area:
mobalpa kitchen made in 2024; 1 induction hob, microwave, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer)
Laundry area:
1 washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Access to the villa closed by electric gate.

La Tremblade-Ronce les bains is a village of character, close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean with its marina and the Grève lined with oyster farmers' huts in which you can taste oysters and other seafood specialities. You can go bike rides in the forest and by boat to the island of Aix and Fort Boyard, visit the zoo of La Palmyre, discover the island of Oléron.
Weekly rental or 3 nights minimum from June to September.
Linen supply and cleaning:
Supplement of 60€ for the stay of one week. (Sheets, towels, hand towels, dish towel and bath mat. Beach towels are not provided). The cleaning option is 80€.
