About this house rental
From mid-June to mid-September, rental for the whole week from Saturday to Saturday: Charming house of 100 m2, fully renovated (painting, furniture, furnishings) and equipped with upscale (appliances, dishes, accessories, furniture), unless from 5 to 15 minutes from everything (beaches, halls, downtown, supermarket) on foot or by bike. In the middle of a garden of 1200 m2 entirely closed, in one of the nicest neighborhoods, quiet. It includes 1 large room (14,292 m2) with two beds of 80 extensible in 160. A large room (16. 35 m2) with a bed of 160. A living room or a room (15. 76 m2) with bed 140, at your convenience. A large dining room (19. 65 m2) with sitting area. A bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower, sink and dressing. 2 toilets. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen (9. 10 m2). You will enjoy the 3 outdoor with garden furniture, the terrace accessing the dining room, and shaded areas. An outdoor solar shower will allow you to cool off and rinse sand that will not go into the evacuations of the house. Equivalence ranking tourist office = 4 * (not classified to keep a low tourist tax). Loan of bicycles on request. Linen rental possible at certain times. More photos, loyalty conditions, long-term rates (more than 2 weeks) or last minute on request by phone. Telephone exchange and signature of the rental contract BEFORE any final booking (the contract attached to the site is for information purposes, the figures and personal data are updated every year or at each location). Possibility of hosting a dog against specific deposit of 1500 € and with prior agreement of the owner (do not book automatically without phoning the owner before)

Une maison agréable, très bien rénovée, fonctionnelle.
Il n est par contre pas très pratique d utiliser le salon en chambre, et le canapé lit atteint vite ses limites.
Les fenêtres changées sont un plus...dommage pour nous le côté chambre n'était pas encore fait.
Des gardiens charmants, très à l écoute et très disponibles en cas de besoin. Un vrai plus.
Par contre je pense que vu le prix de la location la consommation électrique pourrait être incluse. En plus de 15ans de locations c est la 1ere fois que je vois cela.

Location tout à fait conforme à l annonce. La maison et les extérieurs sont très agréables. Le propriétaire et les concierges très disponibles.

Maison très bien située, à proximité de la forêt et des plages. Très bien équipée et aménagée avec soin. Literie très confortable. Très bon accueil par la société de conciergerie, aux petits soins à l’arrivée comme au départ. Grand jardin et plusieurs espaces aménagés pour manger dehors. Environnement très calme, pIstes cyclables permettant d’accéder à la plage en vélo. Marché tous les matins avec produits frais et locaux. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs. Très bon séjour familial, nous avons adoré.
