The property features a villa that borders directly on the promenade, as well as two modern new buildings facing Lake Schloonsee. In a very central yet quiet location, you’re just a few steps away from Bansin’s main shopping street and promenade, Seestraße. You can reach the promenade and the beach via the property’s private access. The Seehof is a lovely starting point for long walks or bike rides, as well as for a shopping trip or a bar crawl. The “Seehof” restaurant welcomes guests in the villa.
This 55-square-meter, 3-room apartment is located on the top floor of one of the two new buildings and is accessible by elevator.
