This east-facing vacation apartment is located on the second floor of Building 1—nestled between the sea and the lake.

The modern apartment with a balcony and Wi-Fi features a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer round out the amenities.

This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are welcome in the apartment.
The complex features a sauna, which is available to you free of charge daily starting at 5:00 PM. An elevator is available in the building. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the building. An ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room.

A designated parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee.
