The Dünenhaus Christa is located on Maxim-Gorki-Straße, in one of Heringsdorf’s most exclusive beachfront locations. The name says it all. The apartment building is situated right on the promenade behind the dune, and beach access is right in front of the building. Your vacation here will be accompanied by the sea air and the sound of the waves. A short walk along the promenade or the beach will take you to the pier and the center of Heringsdorf or Bansin. The apartments are individually decorated and comfortably furnished.
An outdoor parking space is available free of charge at the building.
This ground-floor, 73-square-meter, 3-room apartment has its own private entrance exclusively for the apartment’s occupants. Just 6 meters away is the parking space belonging to the apartment, shaded by lush coastal vegetation such as sea buckthorn, beach grass, and others. The lovingly furnished living room, featuring two comfortable leather sofas and a dining area for four, as well as the terrace, face south. In a cozy beach chair, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the promenade and away from prying eyes, you can enjoy the sun until sunset and unwind from the stresses of everyday life with a delicious glass of wine. Both bedrooms face the sea and are equipped with a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (1.80 m x 2.00 m) or a double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), as well as ample closet space, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Falling asleep is often accompanied by the gentle sound of the Baltic Sea’s waves.... A separate, bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has two bathrooms/toilets: a walk-in shower room with a real glass partition, toilet, and sink, as well as a bathroom with a tub, also featuring a toilet and sink. Thanks to its separate, ground-level access to the apartment and terrace—with no thresholds—the apartment is particularly well-suited as family-friendly and senior-friendly accommodations.
In the basement of the apartment building, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room. You’re also welcome to securely lock your bicycles to a separate bike rack right at the entrance to the apartment.
