About this apartment rental
In an exclusive location with separate access to the promenade, the modern, newly built villa “Marlen” welcomes you. The high-quality apartments offer appealing and cozy comfort, creating a charming vacation atmosphere.
Your accommodations are located roughly halfway between the two imperial spa towns of Heringsdorf and Bansin. From here, you can reach the lively town centers and the piers in about a 15-minute walk. Standing on the promenade with the villa behind you, walk to the right for about 10 minutes to reach the Pinguin ice cream parlor and the Seebär beach snack bar. From there, follow Strandstraße toward the town center to stop at other restaurants and bistros. You can take picturesque walks along the idyllic Schloonsee by walking from Maxim-Gorki-Straße in front of the house toward Bansin for about 5 minutes.
Suitable for people with mobility impairments: An elevator takes you comfortably from the first floor directly to your apartment level and the basement level with the sauna.
To round out your vacation’s wellness experience, warm up in the free communal sauna (Nov. 1 – Apr. 30, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 16.00 - 21.00 ) and then relax on several lounge chairs.
You can store your own or rented bicycles either at the building entrance or securely in the villa’s bicycle storage room. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee.
Each apartment has 1 parking space available on the property.
To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required.
This 74-square-meter penthouse on the 2nd floor is accessible from the basement via the elevator. You can enjoy the sun at any time of day on the wraparound balcony. The bright, modern living area features a seating area with a TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen, which is slightly separated from the living area, is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a steam cooker, as well as a dining area that seats up to 4 people. The large bedroom with an en suite bathroom features a double bed with separate mattresses and ample closet space. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna, a bike storage room, a washing machine, and a dryer. The parking space is located on the enclosed property and is assigned to the apartment.
Starting in September 2026, pets will be allowed in this apartment.
Please note that a security deposit of 50.00 euros in cash must be paid upon arrival.
We’re happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. For this service, we charge 6.00 euros plus the cost of the firewood, which is 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
