Very nice location and property.
The kitchen is very functional and extra clean. Appliances are in excellent condition.
Make sure to reply to property management email ASAP. I waited till the last minute and it caused me some frustration as I was traveling to the property. My fault
Stain in upstairs bedroom ceiling needs to be addressed and bathroom ceiling needs repair. You might need to bring extra sheets if you plan on using the hide a way bed in the living room.
Otherwise this place is nicely tucked away in the mountains about 14 minutes from the busy downtown area. If you continue going up the the mountain you will arrive at OBER mountain facility, it's only 2 minutes away.

The house itself is cozy nestle deep inside mountain close to Ober Mountain. They provide the house amenities we might need
This place could be much cleaner! I found a piece of sh! under the sofa bed, and the floor is filthy, you need to mop and weep it after turnover! My feet turned dark after walking around.
The management was terrible. I asked where the game room was before and during my stay, both through chat and phone, but they all had no idea. I chose this property because it has a game room for my family vaca, but they told me they had no idea where it was.
After business hours, it’s hard to reach them. Be prepared to wait a long time if you need assistance. They won’t be there.
There are 3 TVs, but only 1 remote works. The door code didn’t work at all, so we had to wait outside for 20 mins before they told us to use the manual key. It’s difficult to commute in and out of the property, only stay here if you have a car. Otherwise, everything would be very challenging.
