In the south of Martinique, in the fishing village of Sainte Luce, a charming little 2-bedroom villa with a private 3m x 3m swimming pool, commonly known as a "punch tub". A 5-minute walk from Anse Gros Raisin and its restaurants, the villa is warm, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing family holiday. It is surrounded by a lush garden with mango, avocado, soursop, palm trees, bougainvillea, and beautiful flowers, among other things… The villa comprises: • An air-conditioned double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a suspended square mosquito net. • An air-conditioned twin bedroom with two 80x200 cm twin beds that, when joined, form a 160x200 cm double bed, with a suspended square mosquito net. • A bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. • A living room with a sofa, television, and dining area. • An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. • Two separate shaded terraces: one with a dining area and the other with garden furniture and four sun loungers. • A 3m x 3m plunge pool. • Baby equipment
