Avoid this property manager Tobago Magnifique is a nightmare

Never had the chance to enjoy as the owner double booked the property.

Tobago Magnifique is a nightmare debacle. We arrived to find our reservation double booked, and then were abandoned by the owner. The property manager was utterly clueless, ghosting us for hours while we wasted precious time in the lobby. It was humiliating. They showed us random, already occupied rooms before we finally had to find our own last minute place, stuck paying double the price, and racking up international phone charges. An absolute disaster from start to finish, avoid at all costs. While the Pierre et Vacances property itself is nice, you must book directly with the hotel, avoid this property owner at all costs or you'll end up in the same awful situation we were in." And now in French: " Évitez Tobago Magnifique à tout prix.
