The breakfast included was excellent, the rooftop and the staff
My room was not the same as advertised as I booked, I had zero view from the bedroom, (view of a brick wall) kitchen much smaller than in booking photo. As well as the mini split AC compressor making a buzz noise every so minutes throughout the entire day everyday. I had no bath hand towels for an entire day, and when I requested them, it took 4 hours.l to revive them. The halls are extremely loud and echoey and we would wake up every morning to the guests next door being loud in the hall wall.

The service especially was incredible - Issac at the front desk was so kind and helpful!
