Ruined 50th birthday break!!

There was nothing to like!!!!!

I booked this van with a view over the fields as we have stayed here before and taking the dog.This was a short break for my 50th birthday. I received confirmation the day before saying not pet friendly. I rushed around to find someone to look after him, which wasn't ideal. Arrived at the van as I know its location and the lot number was different on the confirmation. Found the van on the confirmation and it wasn't what we booked. Contacted pristine clean and was advised the one I booked has maintenance issues and they had given me another van without my knowledge. The new van only had two bedrooms and the view was looking at parked cars/vans and looking at the rear of other caravans. The whole point of booking the van I did was because of the view. I advised this was unacceptable and absolutely outrageous that they would swap vans without telling me. I advised we would not be staying and have accepted a full refund. Communication from this company is ridiculous, I sent 3 messages asking how long the refund would take, no response. Totally lack of empathy as to my birthday ruined. If they had told me I would have cancelled and made other arrangements. Also I didn't make a mistake about the dog, the van they rebooked wasn't pet friendly. It's crazy that they think they can change the booking without advising the customer before hand. I don't like leaving a bad review however on this occasion I think it's deserved as lack of response from them. We most definitely will not be using this company again!

Location was good, plenty of dishes and cutlery.

Not enough toilet rolls in the toilet, messaged them but never got a reply. Bbq machine was not clean, spider nets all over. Nice setup but need to get enough amenities according to the group of people staying.
