Lovely house for large group of seven adults. Beds were comfy. House was warm and facilities were excellent. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and washing up liquid provided. Big back garden with bonus games room. Plenty of space to relax and gather. Quirky decor, lovely kitchenware, made it all feel more homely. Very clean throughout and good instructions from host. Central location within walking distance of Whitstable and all it has to offer. Off street parking space a bonus.

Early checkout. Beds a little tight into the eves but our group had no problem getting into them and it felt quite cosy plus lovely mattresses and bedding made up for it.

Quirky and central. Loved the outside entertainment area.

The entire inside meeds a good lick of paint and a wee bit of weeding / attention should be given to the back garden.

The location was great, a short walk away from the town and the accommodation was lovely and clean with a nice layout and decor.

We didn’t like the fact that there were signs saying we had to be quiet from 9pm. We were not made aware of this earlier.
