Would not come back again

Location was good and AC worked well.

Terrible communication with host!!!!!! Appartement smelled really bad and was dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty kitchen. Basic amenities like salt and hand soap were there, but EMPTY containers, so we had to buy all this ourselves. The smell killed us every time we returned to the apartment. There was a laundry room but it was so poorly maintained that we could not use it.

Great location and size - too much bluetooth/apps connected and no wifi

Location and size of the apartment. Everything was good except for the finishing touches. It would have been rated higher overall if they didn't control everything offsite and with a dysfunctional app.

No wifi the entire time, the a/c couldn't be adjusted or turned off (it was freezing and it was being controlled remotely by bluetooth or something), pillows were exceptionally bad, no shower curtain, and the app they insisted on using (Passpass) to give the door codes is terrible - STRONG suggestion is to request the door codes separately and BEFORE arrival. They said I would get the info by text before arrival, but I didn't, and they were slow to reply when I couldn't get in. My neighbor the next day couldnt even use the door code she was given, and the back-up key didn't work either b/c the sensor they have attached to the lock was slightly dislocated - it took over two hours to open her door by sheer force and no one was responding.

Don't look for other option for a couple

A wonderful apartment. It actually feels more spacious than it looks in the photos. There’s plenty of room, and everything you need fits comfortably. What we appreciated most was how warm it stayed inside, even on colder days. We barely had to use the air conditioning. And of course, being so close to the city market meant we could easily try all the local specialties. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it, and next time we’ll definitely stay here again.

The front door is a bit stiff and takes a little getting used to. Carrying a suitcase up the stairs can also be somewhat challenging. But these are just small inconveniences overall.
