La situación inmejorable. Muy espacioso y bien decorado
Los baños ya que tiene 4 pero solo dos retretes y para 10 personas es muy poco

Handy balcony which we dried laundry on / not big enough to sit outside
No air conditioning in the two downstairs bedrooms. We were told to leave doors open during day and night so air conditioning from other rooms would filter through but it was so hot in Narbonne that it wasn’t effective.
The en-suite toilet wouldn’t flush and shower was blocked - however it was resolved within couple of hours and plumber was sent out! Anne-Lise (who manages the property) was fantastic - easily contactable and sorted problems and queries.
There wasn’t a safe which was a shame. Also not enough towels for number of guests.

Läget är perfekt för att besöka Narbonne. Nära buss, mataffär och butiker.
Lägenheten är väldisponerad för 8 personer. Obs många trappor så absolut inget för barnfamiljer eller den som har svårt att gå.
Att en av två toaletter inte fungerade under hela vistelsen inte är acceptabelt när man bokat en lägenhet för 8.
Dåligt städat. Både lakan och örngott hade fläckar vilket var mycket ofräscht. Lösa krokar på toalett och andra ställen, och usel belysning på den enda toaletten. Golven kändes inte helt rengjorda.
Dålig återkoppling och engagemang från hyresvärd när vi hörde av oss direkt om att en toalett inte fungerade. Istället för att komma förbi och kolla satt vi och skickade många meddelanden och ringde till värden. Det tog onödigt tid av vår semester. Hon lyckades inte lösa toalettproblemet alls och menade mest att den fungerar innan...
Vi förväntar oss ersättning och återbetalning av delar av hyran.
Jag var tvungen att mejla innan för att se alla sängar och rum. Borde legat i annonsen.
