The hotel is in the heart of the old town. A bit difficult to drive using google maps…which took us to a road a half block from the hotel…we could see it…but the road is blocked and you cannot drive to the hotel from it. We called the owner who took my keys and drove the car back ground. Parking under the hotel.
The hotel is relatively new (we learned from the owner), and everything is new and well thought out in terms of design. Room was a bit small but a fantastic bed (it was a firm memory foam bed….might have been the best our entire trip). Bath was a bit small too. Wifi was good.
I cannot say enough about the owner and the staff. Wonderful people.
Website photos were an accurate representation of the hotel.
Overall I cannot recommend the hotel enough. I cannot believe there would be any better place to stay. Just fix the breakfast buffet and it would be a perfect 10
I loved the owner and hotel so I feel bad about making a complaint. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. They had a lot of tours at the hotel the night we stayed (might have been 90% of the rooms), and by the time we got to the buffet only scraps were left. Ok, but refill things! Things like bacon and other dishes empty after tour groups ate. Some plates were gone (you could see where something was missing). The buffet itself was also a bit skimpy. No pastries and limited hot dishes …unless we just missed it all.
It was not like we came down late. We have been at hotels who start to slow down at the end of the breakfast time, but it was not even close. Heck, one place we stayed many years ago in Asia…we were the only people at the hotel. But they had the full buffet even though it was just us. A hotel should always refil the food and have the exact buffet experience for every guest, whether then come first or last or in the middle. And one with a little more variety.

Everything was exceptional, from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the comfort, quietness, and spaciousness of our room, to the breakfast provided. Top shelf across the board, and the property is beautiful.
I honestly cannot think of a thing about this property and staff that I did not like.

• لايوجد خدمة حمل الشنط من وإلى الغرفة أنت تحملها بنفسك.
• رأيت الموظف في وقت الإفطار يأخذ بعض المتبقي من صحون النازلين ويعيدها إلى البوفية .
• تنظيف الغرفة لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب .
