Location was great for exploring Mavrovo national park (go to Galičnik, it's beautiful!). The breakfast was very nice as were the late night drinks and snacks at the hotel bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated in a very quiet surrounding just few steps away from the lake and the submerged church.

Generally speaking the hotel is very good and comfortable. We enjoyed the SPA and the restaurant. The surroundings as are very nice.
Breakfast wasn't very good.

The staff was very professional and friendly and the breakfast was good. We always choose this hotel everytime we are in Mavrovo.
The toilet didn't work.
The last time when you reserve for the spa was included with the price. No problem we paid extra 20 euro and that was fine, the bad thing thing is you need to share with other people.
