Clean, quiet, close to train station.
Everything was great, but perhaps you can add a coffee machine as that is a basic facility most Air BnB have these days.

The place is very clean, and the facilities are new and well-equipped. The location is especially excellentโright next to Seoul Station, with very convenient access to both the subway and trains.
However, during our two-night stay, construction started around 7:30 every morning. It sounded like someone was drilling right above our heads. Since we were traveling, we couldnโt get proper rest and were forced to wake up feeling exhausted every day, which left us with no energy throughout the day. We contacted the host as soon as we heard the noise and asked if the construction could start later, but unfortunately, the host was unable to resolve the issue with the construction team, and the noise continued. If you donโt want to be woken up at 7โ8 a.m., you may want to consider choosing another place.
