The property is beautifully decorated and cosy, with the host thoughtfully providing top-grade linen, toiletries, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to settle in. The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by numerous restaurants and CU and GS25 convenience stores. It is also an easy walk to the Starfield COEX Mall and Library, while the sprawling Lotte Complex (with Zettaplex, Lotte Mart, Adventure World, and the World Mall) is just four subway stops away, making it a great base for exploring.
While there is nothing to dislike per se, there were a few practical challenges. The property is about 1.5 km from Seolleung Station, and the route has varying elevations that require a bit of effort for older guests. Inside, there is only one bathroom, which became a bottleneck for our group of five. The digital door lock also takes some getting used to—we eventually realized a full palm touch works better than just a finger for activating the lock. For convenience and peace of mind, being able to communicate with the host via WhatsApp or a direct phone call during the stay would be a huge plus. Finally, providing English picture guides in the house manual for the washer/dryer and cooking hob, along with a few extra bath towels, bigger kitchen plates, and a pair of scissors, would make the setup perfect.

很温馨的屋子，整体都很整洁，设备齐全且很新。交通也很方便，5分钟就能走到几个常用的公交车站，机场大巴始发站也在附近，整体都很满意。

Everything was great, the host accommodated us very well considering we arrived early and had a baby. The apartment is full of character and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is full of life, options of places to eat, hairdressers and amenities.
Not the hosts fault, but culturally its common to have small towels provided ( I also had this experience on other rentals), which can be strange if you're used to using big ones
