The apartment is in Marina di Cecina, located on the first floor of a house with a private entrance: it has an outdoor courtyard and is close to the beach and the pine forest.

It’s a 2-minute walk to the beach (300 meters from the sea), and the apartment faces the pine forest: walk through a short stretch of the pine forest, and you’ll immediately reach the boardwalk, which offers both a public beach and a free beach area. Check-in to be arranged; check-out by 9 a.m.
It consists of a kitchen/living room (open-concept space with a double sofa bed—sleeps 2), 1 bedroom (with a queen-size bed), 1 bathroom (with a tub and a curtain to use it as a shower), 1 small balcony, and an outdoor courtyard located on the first floor at the entrance to the house. The apartment is accessed via a staircase with 15 steps. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for the kitchen (pots, plates, dishes, etc.), appliances (oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, television), and the kitchen has been recently renovated. The brick-paved outdoor courtyard in front of the house is fully fenced and is for the use of guests staying on the first floor, although please note that the path through the courtyard is also used by guests staying in the ground-floor apartment. The apartment does not have private parking or air conditioning. However, you can park along the street in front of the house. I welcome well-behaved, well-trained pets accustomed to living in an apartment, specifically small to medium-sized dogs: there are beaches in Cecina where you can take them. Guests are responsible for their own linens.
There is a playground for children in the pine forest, and you can walk through the pine forest for 15 km. Cecina has 3 beaches for dogs and their owners.
If you’d like to explore Tuscany, you can use Cecina as a base and visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and Siena, all of which are just a short drive away.
You can visit beautiful Tuscan villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Pomaia, Bolgheri, and more. In Cecina, there’s a lovely horse riding center and a marina with numerous boats. The food you can enjoy in the small restaurants in the hills or near the sea is delicious.
