Apartment near the beach and the pine forest with a courtyard, ideal for families with children and pets. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in Marina di Cecina, on the first floor of Via Vivaldi. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette (an open-concept space with a sofa bed for 2 people), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small balcony, and an outdoor courtyard on the first floor at the entrance to the house, complete with a gazebo and a table. The courtyard is for the use of the tenants staying in the apartment, although it should be noted that the ground-floor tenants also use the passageway through the courtyard. The house is, of course, equipped with a washing machine, a television, and everything needed for the kitchen (pots, dishes, etc.)
I accept well-behaved, well-trained pets, specifically small to medium-sized dogs: there are beaches in Cecina where you can take them. There is no reserved parking and no air conditioning. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday (check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out by 8:30 AM).
