From the private garden, the apartment can be accessed through two glass-enclosed entrances: one leading to the living room and the other to the kitchen.
These two very spacious areas of the home allow for direct contact with the outdoors and the beautiful countryside.
The living area also includes a storage/laundry room and a bathroom.
From the living area, a hallway leads to the sleeping area, which consists of a second bathroom and two large bedrooms. Of particular note is the quality of the larger of the two bedrooms, which features a walk-in closet as well as direct access to the outdoor garden.
The outdoor space is truly extraordinary, situated atop a hill, the 360° view offers breathtaking panoramas, ranging from the famous towers of San Gimignano—a medieval town designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site—to the south, to the Apuan Alps mountain range to the north.
Always breezy, the shared panoramic pool blends harmoniously into the rural setting.
Guests have access to a private garden shaded by cypress trees
and olive trees, equipped with chairs and a table. As in the other apartments in the complex, light is undoubtedly the unifying element of the entire space; through the numerous French doors—which frame scenic views reminiscent of the works of the local 14th-century painter Ambrogio Lorenzetti—the light plays off the surfaces, highlighting the quality of the materials.
