About this villa rental
The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. In the house: TV-sat, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,microwave, fireplace, hair dryer, ice maker. Parking. Lovely, spacious and clean property well located near San Gimignano. Nice pool with views over the vineyards. Host Alessandro is very friendly and helpful with tips for visiting the area. A highlight was the delicious Tuscan meal prepared on site with chef and wine pairings that he helped to arrange.

We had an amazing experience staying in Alessandro ‘s villa. Communication was excellent and he promptly answered any questions we had leading up to our trip as well as providing reccs for special experiences. We had a fabulous in villa chef night, wine tastings and trips to Sienna as well as close by San Gimignano. The pool was a fantastic place to spend our afternoons and beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful place to spend our Tuscan holiday! No need to read further, this is the place to stay. It was absolutely wonderful. Located just 10 minutes drive from San Gimignano and less than an hour from Florence or Siena, the location is perfect. And the views are amazing. While relaxing with an Aperol Spritz in the sparkling clean infinity pool you have a clear view of vineyards and farmhouses that fade into an often amazing sunset. There is a grocery store in San Gimignano (called COOP) that had everything we needed, and of course, so many restaurants and shops. The 100 year old villa is amazing too. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The bed my wife and I slept in had a foam topper that was heavenly. There is individually controlled air conditioning in every room The kitchen had everything we needed: two coffee makers (an individual pod type, which was stocked with plenty of pods and a Mr. Coffee drip type), a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ample supply of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots/pans, etc.. Alessandro, the host, was fantastic. He and his wife, Chiara, met us at check-in and made sure we were comfortable and well informed about the house and the area. After that, we only saw them when we needed something. Alessandro speaks perfect english and responds to a text within minutes. Finally, don't miss out on the in-house dinner and wine tasting. We had a fantastic experience here! Relaxing, stress-free stay in Tuscany. The villa, the host (Alessandro), and the town are all amazing. Alessandro was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of beds for our group and every bedroom has its own bathroom (plus another off the kitchen). The pool was perfect with a great view of the hillsides, plenty of loungers, and a nearby foosball and ping-pong table that the kids enjoyed. We stayed for a week, so the Coop supermarket just a few minutes away was also great to have nearby. Highly recommend the private chef and wine tasting, which Alessandro was happy to arrange. Would absolutely stay again!
