Very clean, comfortable and well-decorated. Perfect for our Friday night stopover. Very handy to have off-street parking. We appreciated the 11am checkout time as this gave us chance to attend nearby Wollaton Hall parkrun and still have time to come back and get showered before leaving.
Nothing.

Even though it is an extension, there was a lot of privacy. Bed was very comfortable, walk in shower was fantastic, all sanitaries provided.
Clean towels each day, iron and board supplied. secure property and very clean.
Nothing much to say really, very happy.
If I was being extreme, sometimes you can hear next door which I think is attached to the kitchen, but not very often. Expected tbh as the room is extension/conversion.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Shower was fabulous. Outside area for seating is a good touch for the warner days. Did not feel the cold as the evenings became chilly, given there was plenty of heat in the room from the radiator and extra heater and blanket provided!.
Sensor light did not work on one evening, as we came back to the room.
Would have found it useful to have a microwave within the room, given there is no kitchen area, to enable one to heat some milk, or food where needed.
