Comfortable enough, convenient locality.
Booked for 5 nights together with a friend, arrived late evening after a long flight and after entry, were unable to lock the door. After numerous messages to numerous options given on Booking, about an hour later received the message to lift the door handle in order to lock. The accommodation was filthy, unswept and the bathroom covered in mould. We found a bag of rotten food left in the kitchen cupboard, oozing stinking juice and full of flying bugs! There were no hangers in the bedroom cupboards and there was no TV remote. The glass stovetop has a crack running through it (we immediately reported that so that we would not be accused of causing the damage). Received no reply to messages and photographs about these issues. In the morning again sent messages asking for a solution or to release us from the rental as the place was uninhabitable. Received a message that cleaners would come to check at 09:20. Even the cleaners were shocked at the state of the accommodation! We asked them to also clean under the furniture and then they found the TV remote under the sofa! We left them to clean and there was a vast improvement when we returned in the evening. The rest of the stay was bearable but the trauma of the first night and morning, and lack of communication, lead to the low score.
