Uninhabitable, filthy, unsafe, and misrepresented—avoid at all costs.

NOTHING. Uninhabitable and misrepresented. The apartment was extremely dirty, with bedbugs and cockroaches, malfunction and leaking toilet, broken mattresses, dirty linen, and multiple non-working appliances . A water leak from a locked room caused flooding and wet carpets. This property and its management Madecomfy should not be on Booking.com. From the moment I entered the apartment, it was clear it was not as advertised and completely unfit for human habitation. The apartment was with dirty linen, a filthy kitchen, and multiple broken or non-working appliances, including a dryer that never worked, a filthy stove, a useless decorative exhaust hood, and basic items like the kettle and iron not functioning. There were two old, broken mattresses that were impossible to sleep on.The situation was made far worse by bedbugs and cockroaches, confirming serious hygiene and pest control failures. A serious water leak occurred from a locked internal room, resulting in flooding and wet carpets. The air-conditioning never worked, despite extreme heat.The apartment was also extremely noisy.,with constant noise from the street and nearby trains, making rest impossible at any time. Instead of providing alternative accommodation, management — including senior manager Erica Rocuant — made multiple written promises of a full refund and compensation, then later reversed their position, provided contradictory information, and failed to honour those promises. I was pressured to cancel and leave, after which the price was increased, despite the apartment being uninhabitable. This felt deliberately misleading.There was unauthorised access to the apartment, including chemical spraying without my consent. . A police report was filed. The unmaintained A/C, dust, and chemicals caused respiratory distress and significant stress. I strongly recommend avoiding both this property and MadeComfy entirely.

EVERETHING..This property and its management MADECOMFY should not be on Booking.com. An unsafe, filthy, and misrepresented stay with flooding, mold, drain problems, toilet problems, bedbugs and cockroaches, broken mattresses, dirty linen, non-working A/C, dryer, stove, kettle ,iron and exhaust hood, constant street and train noise, unauthorised entry and chemical spraying, ignored requests, and repeated false promises by senior manager Erica Rocuant—an absolute failure that should not be listed. P.S. I just saw their reply — it is not true.Erica Rocuant, representing the hospitality team, promised daily repairs and a full refund, which was never honored. The property was misleadingly presented, and after I cancelled, it was relisted at a higher price. Do not trust them!

Really Disappointing

Only the location and the cleanliness of the place.

The response from the host was really poor and with really bad communication. I had paid extra for early check-in at 12pm, and I had to call them multiple times with very long waiting times to get a response and I was only able to check in around 2pm. Additionally, I accidently locked myself out of the apartment, with the key card inside the apartment. I immediately called them to help me with this, instead they made me wait 4 hours outside of the apartment with no definite response on when I could get back into the apartment and they made me pay an extra 120$. Each time I called, they kept saying it would take 30min to 1 hour to get the key and it extend to more than 4 hours. With no definite answer, I enquired with the reception, and all they said was, if the property manager had emailed the reception giving them details that I was staying there, they could open the door for me, however no response from this. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Rigtig fin lille lejlighed, beliggende meget centralt tæt på forskellige restauranter, indkøb og adgang til offentlige transport, som gør det nemt at komme ind til centrum af Sydney.

Lejligheden er beliggende i Mantra Hotel Paramatta. Dette fremgik ikke af adressen på Booking.com, hvilket gjorde det meget forvirrende og svært at finde i forbindelse med Check in.

Rigtig fin lille lejlighed, beliggende meget centralt tæt på forskellige restauranter, indkøb og adgang til offentlige transport, som gør det nemt at komme ind til centrum af Sydney.

Lejligheden er beliggende i Mantra Hotel Paramatta. Dette fremgik ikke af adressen på Booking.com, hvilket gjorde det meget forvirrende og svært at finde i forbindelse med Check in.
